Lead Capture

Any information filled by the leads on any of the forms (Buy, Sell or Finance – on the top menu) is also captured by the IDX CRM and made available to the agent.


Features of Lead Capture: 

Basic information like name, phone number and email ID is necessary so that a lead can get all available options of properties being looked for. As soon as a visitor is interested in a property and clicks on it, a basic registry form is prompted. This form has basic fields like the First name, Last name, Email and Phone number that is to be filled by the visitor. Once this is done, a lead can access information on all the desired property information based on search criteria. 

Lead’s phone number is the default password.

How Lead Capture Work: 

The IDX Matrix backend application captures this information given by the lead, an immediate notification is sent to agent about the new lead via email and text, and the same can be accessed by the agent on the IDX CRM to reach potential buyers. In this way, it helps the agent in getting the information of leads and converting them into potential buyers by closing deals.
